Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by product and supplier:

- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

- Freight/large equipment: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or product availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different suppliers. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Freight & Large Equipment

Heavy or oversized items (commercial equipment, prep tables, etc.) may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries require a signature and may require you to arrange unloading. Please inspect all freight shipments before signing.
